Refund & Payment Policies

1. Refund Policy

We offer specific refund options depending on the circumstances of your request:

Request Type: Forgotten Discount Code
Policy Details: You may request a refund for the discount amount if you forgot to apply a code at checkout.
Fees / Conditions: A $10 USD processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Request Type: Standard Course Refund
Policy Details: A full refund can be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Fees / Conditions: Restricted to accounts with a completion percentage under 25%.

Request Type: Other Refund Requests
Policy Details: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Fees / Conditions: If approved, an administrative fee ranging from $10 USD to $250 USD will be deducted (based on course price).

2. Installment Payments & Declined Cards

If you are enrolled via an installment payment plan and your credit/debit card is declined, the following automated protocol takes place:

  1. You will receive email notifications prompting you to update your payment information.

  2. If payment details are not updated within 15 days, your course access will be automatically revoked by systeme.io.

3. Reinstatement Protocol

If your access has been removed and you wish to re-enter the course, you must contact Merlin Gatpandan (School Administrator) to request reinstatement. You will be provided with a link to repurchase the course alongside a progressive reinstatement fee scheme:

  • First Reinstatement: $29 USD fee

  • Second Reinstatement: $39 USD fee

  • Additional Reinstatements: $75 USD fee per occurrence

Financial Hardship Exception

If you are experiencing financial difficulties and are unable to meet your installment obligations, please contact support@merabookkeepingacademy.com as soon as possible. We can work together to make alternative arrangements and help you avoid automatic removal and subsequent reinstatement fees.
